For 'Repeat Prescriptions', a vet will examine your records, however a consultation is required every 6 months to physically examine your pet.

Please note your appointment request is not confirmed until you have been notified by a staff member by phone or email.

Please allow 24 hours notice for appointment and prescription requests as we only monitor our emails during opening hours. We do not monitor our email on the weekends or 24 hours a day.
